MyCar4Sale is a companion app for MyListing WordPress Theme. No login required. Users can add listings to favourites, read and bookmark blog posts and even customise the style design of the app.
Fetching Data
In order to populate our app with data we created a custom WordPress PLUGIN. Data is being published to a JSON file and fetched in the app using FetchRequest service.
No log in required?
MyCar4Sale is a companion app for MyListing WordPress Theme. No login required. Users can add listings to favourites, read and bookmark blog posts. In an other words this app if only for guest users who seek to buy or rent a Car. If they want to upload a listing they have to SignIn on the web site.
Add to FAVOURITES
We give a special attention to Favourites, since is the only thing users can do without log in. Favourites are well organised by type of cars, and can be easily filtered. Favourites are saved on the users device in a Light SQL format (Core Data). Also the Map in this section is only showing favourites listings.
Listings and Blog Posts
The app is fetching all published blog posts and they can be sorted by category. The content of the post is rendered as plain text.
Controll app DESIGN&LOOKS
Take control of how the app looks! We added a set of settings to let the users chose some key styling:
- Set Favourites color
- Set Corner radius of the cards corner
- Set the Card Theme
- Set how manny listings to show in View More functionality
- Ser glow level of card background.
Users can reset the app to initial state.
